Warranties & care
All Carpets come with a manufacturer's warranty and a one year warranty on our installations.
The most important step in caring for your carpet is vacuuming it thoroughly and frequently, particularly in high-traffic areas. The proper way to vacuum is to find the pile direction of the carpet by running forward and backward to find a direction. Always pull the vacuum slowly towards you to extract the debris up in an opposite direction. By pulling the pile up, you can eliminate walking patterns in your carpet especially in walkways.
