Owner Alan Contillo has been in the floor covering business for 35 years and has extensive knowledge in all aspects of the floor covering industry. His confidence, as well as experience, makes all projects run smoothly even when unforeseen problems arise on the job site. Alan started this business with his wife Maureen in 1996, after 17 years in the installation field. Maureen, and their daughter Alycia take on the responsibility of handling the company's financial department, along with overseeing the showroom.

Al's brother, Mark, has been an integral part of the business for the past 16 years. He helps manage and facilitate projects and works with customers. Mark also handles many of the carpet and laminate installations for Mystic Coastal Flooring.
